Netflix, in partnership with Excel Sports Management, BZ Entertainment, and Full Day Productions, is set to debut the “Netflix Cup,” a one-of-a-kind golf tournament that will bring together Formula 1 drivers and PGA Tour professionals.
The event, aimed at promoting both sports and Netflix’s popular documentary series, will take place at the Wynn Golf Club on the Las Vegas Strip, starting on Tuesday, November 14.
The Netflix Cup will feature four teams, each consisting of one Formula 1 driver and one PGA Tour professional, engaging in an eight-hole match. The top two teams will advance to the final hole, where the winners will claim the Netflix Cup title.

Promoting Formula 1 and Netflix Documentaries
The event is expected to generate a buzz among sports fans, providing a unique platform to showcase the skills and competitiveness of both Formula 1 drivers and PGA Tour pros. Furthermore, the tournament will serve as a promotional vehicle for Netflix’s acclaimed documentary series, which includes “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” and “Full Swing,” among others.
Who will perform at The Netflix Cup?
The Netflix Cup will bring together an impressive roster of athletes from both the Formula 1 circuit and the PGA TOUR. Representing Formula 1 will be Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris, and Carlos Sainz, while the PGA TOUR side will feature Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa, and Justin Thomas.
