The Asia Cup 2023 cricket tournament is set to kick off on August 30, providing essential groundwork for all participating teams in the lead-up to the imminent ODI World Cup 2023, slated to commence on October 5. The tournament’s inauguration will witness Pakistan clashing with Nepal in the opening match, scheduled for August 30 in Multan.

Meanwhile, India is poised to engage in its first match against longstanding rival Pakistan in Kandy on September 2.
